Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships
This session focuses on building and sustaining healthy relationships while recognizing unhealthy patterns. Participants explore the core elements of healthy relationships—respect, trust, communication, emotional safety, boundaries, equality, and consent. The workshop also highlights warning signs such as manipulation, possessiveness, disrespect, and control, empowering participants to set healthy boundaries and make informed choices in relationships and family settings.
Conflict Resolution
